Yesterday was the first time I shoot with a makeup artist that did more than just a natural makeup. We went to a full blown special effects but, of course, still touching the fashion base and not crossing the costume territory. I had fun and it was the best shoot I’ve done for a long time. Watching Joyce paint Tori’s face like painting on a canvas was surely inspiring and motivating. I am pretty sure that since Emily Carr school days will soon become a hectic chaos from a slacking days, and work at Locale would be challenging against my availability, this photo shoot will be my last one for a while. I am hoping that University would be similar to my High school schedule where I can just leave class and do a photo shoot. However, it is not. It looks like my schedule will be tighter than before when actual projects begin to swamp my professional and even my personal and social life.
I want to thank Joyce, Tori and Avery for being an amazing team for this photo shoot. I am impress by how much talent were poured onto the sand of English Bay yesterday afternoon.
I can’t wait to shoot more in the future!
